Kota is a 7 year old spayed female. She was surrendered by her when her owners moved and needs a family where someone is home all day. Kota was isolated in a small pen for a long period and craves human companionship. She is learning fast to control her jumping when she is excited....a very smart, loving girl.

Kota is overweight. She is down to 92 pounds from 100 when she arrived, but must lose an additional 12-15. Fortunately, she loves her long daily walks. Her greatest need is the companionship of a family. She becomes anxious when left alone, but given time and love, this will pass. Perhaps there is room in your life for this bright-eyed sweetie.
