UPDATE:

Felix is doing wonderfully. We couldn't be happier, and we think, neither could he.

He has turned into such a beautifully trained pup. He's weighing in at about 100 lbs now and is such a joy to us. My son, 19, moved here in December, and Felix has really taken to him. They are best buds and I often find Felix laying on the bed with Alex (not an easy feat since my son is 6'6" and 285lbs!) and if Alex "banishes" him from his room, Felix will sit outside the door and "fuss" at him. He loves car rides, the dog park, going to "Grandma & Grandpa's", heading to the family home on Whidbey and chasing birds on the tide flats, and learning new tricks. He comes to visit me at the office often, and everyone just loves him. He is an amazing dog.

I can't tell you just how he is the perfect dog for us!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Life changes forced Sarg to come to NWATR to be rehomed after just celebrating his one year birthday. Lucky for Sarg, we had a nearby foster home ready for him and a rescue friendly veterinary clinic who could take him immediately for his update and neuter surgery. The stars continued to be aligned for Sarg as we had a perfect home for him approved and ready to go. Sarg will enjoy constant companionship, an obedience class or two and lots of doggie interaction here in the Seattle area.
